This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The lady with long braids didn’t even try to help me and had a horrible attitude. It was like an inconvenience I was even there. I was told to go to this location, because it was a corporate store and if this is the customer service experience I’m going to be getting for now on I am going to end up switching to Verizon.

This place is absolutely amazing and everyone there is friendly and knows what they're talking about I highly recommend it, there's a guy there by the name of Chris that works there and he's unreal!!!!
