  Stopped in today...not one person said hi, may I help you, we will be with you in a minute. I was there maybe 15-20 minutes, walked every isle, didn't see what I wanted so I left...half way out the door someone yelled, thanks for stopping! $$$$$$$

  After 3 years, I decided to check RichTex out again after not having the best experiences with my previous visits, this visit was a little better. The fabric selection is very good and the store is laid out well. Everything is easy to find and prices are fair. Employees seemed busy and since I didn't need any help with anything, interaction was quite limited.
